Application for convenient and individual appointment planning, optimised through intelligent routing, automated communication and appointment management.
The intuitive online application allows customers to make appointments easily and conveniently. With just a few clicks, customers can specify their requirements for window and door dimensions, as well as preferred solutions such as insect screens, mouse screens, pollen allergy protection and pet-friendly options. Our user-friendly interface simplifies the booking process from A to Z and ensures that customers can book a free and suitable measurement appointment without triggering a planning effort at Divario.
In the background, our system works on optimising logistical aspects. Our intelligent routing algorithm ensures that appointments are strategically planned to minimise consultants' routes. By taking into account realistic travel times and dynamic lunch breaks for our consultant, we strive to provide an efficient and timely service. This careful planning not only benefits Divario AG, but also guarantees timely and attentive service to its clients.
Every client and every consultant has individual requirements. Therefore, our application allows for individual start and stop locations for consultants to ensure that they serve their clients efficiently within specific regions. This approach ensures that each client receives dedicated attention and consultants have time to provide expert advice.
The commitment to excellent service also extends to communication. Through timely SMS reminders and necessary confirmations, we avoid missed appointments and unnecessary trips.
