Mobile application for sales support with dynamic prices, live stock and further information via ERP connection.
The mobile application has been specifically designed to optimize the shopping experience of Repus' 62 outdoor store. It offers seamless integration into store operations, both on on-site tablet devices and on customers' personal mobile devices. With this app, customers can access dynamic pricing and real-time stock levels directly from the ERP system and online store in-store. This innovative solution enables customers to make informed purchasing decisions and enjoy a seamless shopping experience while in-store.
In addition to the introduction of dynamic pricing and real-time stock levels, our mobile application offers Repus 62 customers further added value: customers have access to comprehensive product information, different variants of the same product and even instructional videos, which they can access by scanning a product. This additional information helps customers to better plan their purchases and select the most suitable product for them.
The app uses QR codes or EAN barcodes, which are managed in the Repus 62 ERP system, to provide customers with up-to-date information on every product available in the store. Through seamless integration with the webshop and a central database in the ERP, information on stock levels, features and prices is synchronized and automatically updated. This ensures efficient management and provision of product information to provide the customer with a seamless shopping experience.
