Clearly stuctured website with an automated ERP connection to simplify the sales process and increase customer loyalty.
The solar panel manufacturer Sunora promotes the generation of sustainable electricity through the sale of solar panels. We could contribute to the project by realising the technical implementation of the website and the creation of an intelligent web application. Interested parties can purchase solar panels in a simple checkout process and with just a few clicks. As soon the purchase is finalised, buying data is automatically transferred to “Bexio” and credit notes are created for the customer. This ensures that user information is up to date with accounting and inventory systems and optimises operational efficiency.
A dashboard function was introduced as a customer loyalty tool. Customers can access their personal live dashboard with information and details about their purchased solar panels (e.g. number of KWh generated). Thus, the customer is always up to date. Finally, an optimal user experience is created through the use of dynamic components such as introductory cards, text/image presentations, forms for enquiries and project cards.
